William Fred Dugger

Funeral services for William Fred Dugger, 45, of Shelbyville, who died Tuesday at Heritage Medical Center, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Emmett Arnold will officiate and burial with full military honors will follow in Bomar Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be 3-8 p.m. Thursday.
