The Cougars (6-1) jumped out to a 13-0 lead before Ethan Arnold's jumper got the Feet on the board with 28 seconds left in the first quarter.
MTC's tenacious defense helped increase their lead to 23-2 before Arnold scored again with 40 ticks showing before the halftime horn.
Dillon Dodson accounted for the other half of the points for Webb (0-6).
"We got back on defense a little better," Feet coach James Garcia said. "We're still giving up layups. We don't understand cutting off lanes, taking a hit, stopping the ball. But, they are working hard. It's just frustrating for everyone involved because they come to practice for two hours a day and we work as hard as anyone else.
"We're not there yet and it might take awhile to get there. Your hopes at the middle school level are just that players can go up the next year and help at the JV level and in 2-3 years down the road, the varsity level. That's the picture we've got to keep in mind this season because it is frustrating."
The Cougars had 11 different players contribute points. Derrick Spears led all scorers with 12. Kip Kahler added 10.
Middle Tennessee Christian 45, Webb 21 (G): The Lady Feet got 10 points from Kat Coffey and eight more from Karly Grissom but it wouldn't be enough to stave off the undefeated Lady Cougars.
The loss dropped the Lady Feet to 1-5.
MTC jumped out to a 17-0 first-quarter lead. A pair of free throws by Webb's Julia Brown drew her team to within 32-8 at the half. Sara Beth Martin's bucket at the buzzer pushed the visitors' advantage to 36-17 entering the final period.
Alexa Middleton's 11 points were tops for the Lady Cougars (8-0). Sydney Shadowens chipped in eight.
Huntland Middle comes to the Barton Athletic Center in Bell Buckle on Thursday night. The girls tip off at 6.
