Phillip Arthur 'Phil' Chockley

Phillip 'Phil' Arthur Chockley Jr., 60, of Estill Springs, formerly of Shelbyville, died Thursday at his home after a battle with cancer. Funeral services were held Saturday at Grant Funeral Services in Estill Springs with the Rev. Steven Lester and the Rev. Dean Guye officiating. Burial, with full military honors, followed at Willow Mount Cemetery in Shelbyville.
