Jerry Wayne Leverette, 40, of Big Sandy, died Sunday at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Big Sandy with Randy Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Benton Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. today.
