Lera E. George

Lera E. George, 101, of Shelbyville died Saturday at Heritage Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Scott United Methodist Church, where she was a lifelong member and served as an usher, with the Rev. Robin Kimbrough officiating. Interment will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. at the church.

J. A. Welton & Son Funeral Home, Tullahoma, is in charge of arrangements.
