Billy W. "Bill" Porter, 66, of Shelbyville, died Wednesday at Community Care of Rutherford County.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Galilee Primitive Baptist Church with Craig Carmichael officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery in Fayetteville.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel.
