Jerry Sue Hazlett, 73, of Nashville, died Wednesday.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home Hickory Chapel, Nashville. Burial will follow at Woodbine Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and noon to 2 p.m. Saturday.
