Carl Herman Loehle, 78, of Shelbyville, died Sunday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Nashville after an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Dr. Herb Hester and Tim Lavender officiating. Burial will follow at the Crowell's Chapel Cemetery in Halls Mill.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday
