Janice Marie Polly, 57, of Shelbyville, died Tuesday, June 9, 2009, at Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Randall Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery at Talley Station in Marshall County.

Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
