Drug charges filed after traffic accident

Sunday, June 14, 2009

Marijuana was discovered in a vehicle following a traffic accident Wednesday night, Shelbyville police said.

Brooke Wilson, 36, of Murfreesboro, allegedly was carrying a small tin of the substance in her SUV along with a bag containing a pipe with pot residue, police said.

Wilson allegedly struck another vehicle at the North Main Street-Fairfield Pike intersection, according to police. She was charged with DUI, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on $3,000 bond, according to Bedford County Jail records.

Police had Wilson checked at Heritage Medical Center after she was unable to tell officers what city she was in or what day it was, the report indicates.

What is this with Robby Cook with violation of probation and released with no bond, is it because he is so buddy buddy with the Sheriff's Department and everyone else that was charged with Violation is held or released with a bond and one female is released on recognizance. Robbie Cook stays in Bedford Co Jail more than he stays out of it. With everything he has done over his life he should be under it. And then you have one that is a habitual motor vehcile offender and he is released no bond. What is the deal can anyone tell me???????????
