Funeral services for Thomas A. Hankins, 63, of Knoxville, who died Saturday at his home, will be held at 11 a.m. EDT Tuesday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel in Knoxville. The Rev. Allen D. Shupe will officiate.
