Rucker Mankin Jr., 84, of Shelbyville, died Tuesday at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, in Murfreesboro, with Jim Highland officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Murfreesboro.

Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday.
