Junior Huel Cook, 74, of Shelbyville died suddenly Friday evening at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Jimmy Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Wheel. Visitation with the family will begin at 1 p.m.
