Jessica Lee Grafton, 21, of Unionville, died Tuesday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville

A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Jerry Trousdale officiating. Per the family's request, she will be cremated following the service.

Visitation with the family will be held Friday from 5 to 8 p.m.
