Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Tommy Dye officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin at 11 a.m.

Sandra Carol Melnick, 64, of Nashville, formerly of Bedford County, died Friday at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville after an extended illness.
