Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Douglas Paul officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Wheel.
Visitation with the family will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

Nellie G. Neeley, 87, of Shelbyville died Tuesday morning at Heritage Medical Center after an extended illness.
