Feet golfers beat county rivals

Webb took a tri-match over a pair of Bedford County rivals on Tuesday afternoon at River Bend Country Club.

The Feet (4-6-1) teamed up to shoot a 187, followed by Community's 194 and Cascade's 197.

Blake Cocanougher paced Webb with a 45. Chris Burgoon turned in a 46, while Houston Jones and Garrett King both had a 48.

Viking Michael Smith was medalist after stroking a 43. Zack West banged out a 47, Justin Farris 50 and Tyler Christian 54.

The top Cascade score was Mason Brewer's 45. Blake England shot a 47, Brandon Morton 49 and Alex Phelps 56.

Community, Middle Tennessee Christian and Webb face off at River Bend on Thursday at 4.
