A Celebration of Life service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home for George Wayne Gatlin, 66, of the Lakewood Park community in Beech Grove, who died Wednesday morning at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville after a short illness. Per his request, he was cremated.
