Cascade soccer coach Monica Lewis gives her team a 50-50 chance versus Middle Tennessee Christian in the semifinals of the District 11-A/AA tournament at Huntland High School tonight at 7.
"It can be either way," she said. "We've practiced (penalty kicks) and all because I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up in a tie (after regulation). I think it will be that close of a game."
Sixth-seeded Cascade (6-5) eliminated Community 7-1 in the first round last Thursday. No. 2 seed MTC dispatched Huntland.
The Lady Champions lost 2-1 to No. 2 seed MTC back on Sept. 10.
In the other semifinal, top-seeded Page battles Marshall County at 5:30. The tournament championship is Thursday at 6.

I give it an 80-20 percentage if she can get the girls to play at their potential. If not, hopefully she utilizes her bench until the 10 girls hit the field who can get the job done. Keeping fresh legs on the field will be the key to victory in this one. No doubt in my mind which team has the most talent. Good Luck tonight, girls!
