National Guard holds family day

The 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment of the Tennessee National Guard, which includes the guard troops based in Shelbyville and Lewisburg, held a family day Sunday at the armory in Shelbyville. The unit will begin mobilization training Dec. 5 and deploy to Iraq in February. More than 3,300 soldiers from Kingsport in East Tennessee to Henderson in West Tennessee make up the 278th. Well, sure, I think Big Daddy Rabbit, but its kind of like a post related to community effort by the Guard.
I respect what your saying but, I would just like to say thanks to the Guards for setting up this for the kids.
I would also like to express my thanks to the guards for their service to our country.
