Seventh grader Tre Trice paced the Eagles with 15.
The Eagles (1-1, 1-1 CTC) took an early 4-0 lead but White County went on an 11-0 run and led 14-9 advantage at intermission.
Criss Gabriel scored six points in the third quarter for Harris, who trailed 23-17 going into the final stanza.
White County cashed in on 12-of-16 free throws in the fourth quarter to secure the win.
White County 27, Harris 9 (G): The Eaglettes just couldn't get much going on offense as they trailed 9-2 at the end of the first quarter, 19-2 at the break and 23-7 after three.
