Stolen wrecker left at Shelbyville business

A wrecker reported stolen from Ashland City was found behind a Shelbyville auto dealership Wednesday, police said.

The wrecker, with towing equipment removed, had been at Victory Nissan, U.S. 231 North, since at least Monday, an employee told police.

Bolts had been cut to remove the wrecker's bed, the report said.

Also, a Shelbyville woman whose van had been left at the dealership over the weekend told police the license plate was stolen.

Thefts

* Jewelry and several hundred dollars are missing after three burglaries at a home on South Brittain Street, police said.

Money was taken twice and jewelry the third time, according to the report.

No signs of forced entry were found by police.

* Two window air conditioners were taken from a Hickory Drive residence between Dec. 23-30, police were told.

* Julie Anna Lambert, 37, Boardwalk Way; driving on revoked/suspended license; released, $500 bond

* Marcos Montezuma, 19, Tate Street; domestic assault, criminal trespassing; released, $3,000 bond

* Amber Kay Monroe, 23, Manchester; filing false report; released, $3,500 bond

* Anthony Dewayne Proctor, 29, Tullahoma; driving on revoked/suspended license; released, $1,000 bond

* Joseph Edward Sanders, 50, South Maple Street; failure to appear; released, $500 bond

* Christy Lynn Taylor, 24, Scenic Drive; vandalism; released, $250 bond

* Tammy Lucille Taylor, 38, Coopertown Road; check law; released, $250 bond

* Lamont Mandel Walker, 34, White Street; domestic assault; held, $250 bond
