Feet post Miles Davis, who led all scorers with 24 points, knocked down a 3-pointer at the end of regulation to force the first extra frame.
"We were very fortunate and our kids played extremely hard," Webb coach Jeff Mitchell said.
The Feet (12-5, 5-1 East/Middle) led 12-8 after a quarter, 27-20 at the half and 38-36 entering the fourth.
Luke Baum followed Davis with 16 points, while Logan Burchett scored 11.
Ryan Gentle paced FRA (8-9, 1-2) with 21 points. Connor Maitland had 15 and Bud Cannon 10.
Webb made good on 23 of 36 free throws, while the visitors sank just 12 of 27.
