Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Bethel Baptist Church in Tullahoma with Dr. Jim Rolen and Dr. Jim Tedder officiating. Burial will follow at Watson-North Memorial Park in Winchester.

Parker Smith
Parker Smith, 76, of Estill Springs died Wednesday at his home. He was the father of Kim Smotherman of Flat Creek.
