The victory puts the Feet (16-6, 8-2 East/Middle) in as the No. 4 seed with a first-round bye in the region tournament.
The evening also celebrated the hardwood careers of seniors Luke Baum, Logan Burchett, Bil Carter, Hunter Foutch, Damien Launay, Dylan Sweeney and Richard Zeng.
Webb worked the ball well underneath and was able to find some room to post up and answer the Eagles (13-11, 7-3) on the scoreboard. Carter owned that territory, finishing with 10 points.
The Feet stymied Ezell-Harding in the first half, outscoring the Antioch visitors 29-17.
"I thought we were able to attack the basket," Webb coach Jeff Mitchell said. "We didn't make a lot of perimeter shots. We had talked to kids about taking it to the basket and being aggressive and I thought they did that. I'm extremely proud of the seniors and their effort that they gave. You could tell that they really wanted to win."
The Eagles put up 10 unanswered points midway through the final stanza to pull within 49-40. The Feet responded quickly by pressing harder on defense and maneuvering inside the arc. Burchett led the defensive charge with a couple of blocked shots and exceptional hustle for loose balls.
Burchett was 4-of-4 from the charity stripe; the team was 78 percent at the line.
Baum, Foutch and Davis led Webb scoring with 13 points apiece.
Grey Teague led the Eagles with 11 points. Lance Capitano and Zach Jenkins notched 10 each and knocked in the only 3-pointers on the night with two apiece.
Webb hosts Boyd Christian on Monday night at 7:30.
