The Bears were unable to score in double digits in any quarter. Hunter Foutch helped the Feet (18-6, 9-2 East/Middle Region) defensively with his work on the boards.
"It was really a struggle for both teams to score," Webb coach Jeff Mitchell said. "We just made a few plays at the end of the game."
The Feet were up 10-8 after a quarter, 20-16 at the break and 28-23 entering the final period.
Miles Davis paced the victors with 12 points. Foutch had 10.
Justin Bennett led Davidson Academy with 10 points.
The region meeting is later today to finalize the tournament bracket. Webb enters as the No. 3 seed.
