"We just turned the ball over way too much," Webb coach Jeff Mitchell said. "Give them credit, they played extremely hard and made a whole lot of shots."
It was a tight game early with the Feet (19-7) taking a 9-7 lead into the second period.
The Tigers (18-6) erupted for 25 second-quarter points and carried a 33-18 advantage into the half. They then held Webb to just two points in the third frame, compared to 17 of their own, to effectively put the game away.
Nilan Hodge joined Lyles in double-figure scoring for USN with 13 points.
Miles Davis netted nine for the Feet.
