DCA knocked down four 3-pointers in the opening period before the Feet (19-8) knew what hit them.
Webb answered by outscoring its foes 16-4 in the second quarter and 17-15 in the third to tie the game at 41 before the Wildcats took over down the stretch.
"Not the tournament that we wanted," Webb coach Jeff Mitchell said. "It just didn't click for us this weekend. We just didn't play real well."
Both teams hit the road to face either Lausanne or St. George's from the West Region on Saturday.
Javvon Jones topped the DCA scoring column with 14 points. C.J. McEwen and Nick White both netted 12.
Webb's Miles Davis was the game's top scorer with 22 points. Logan Burchett contributed 11.
