Miles Davis came up with a steal at midcourt and found fellow Feet senior Logan Burchett for the game-winning basket.
"We're extremely proud of these boys," Webb coach Jeff Mitchell said. "We had a game plan and they stuck to it and really slowed the pace of the game down and hung in there and kind of shortened the game. We ended up making one more play than Lausanne did."
The Bell Buckle bunch advances to the DII-A state tournament where they face nemesis University School of Nashville at Lipscomb University on Thursday afternoon at 3:45.
The Feet (20-8) entered sub-state play as the No. 4 seed from the East/Middle Region. They were able to knock off the West Region winners Lausanne, which eliminated Webb last season.
Hunter Foutch led the Feet with 12 points, while Davis added 11.
Marquentin Brown had 13 points for the Lynx (16-14).
Webb was up 13-11 after a quarter before the teams went into the break knotted at 22. The visitors carried a 35-32 upper hand into the final period.
