Water connection completed

The Wartrace-Tullahoma Utilities Board water connection was made Tuesday morning -- weather or not. The project, which had been put on hold several times because of holidays or weather conditions, was finally completed, even though the crews had to work in freezing, muddy water and bitterly cold winds and snow. Many Wartrace water customers had no water throughout the day, but Town Recorder Laura Gentry said all seemed to be progressing well so far.
