Brewer's 40 leads Champs

Cascade golf scored a 165 to outduel Forrest (177) and Spring Hill (198) on Wednesday at Henry Horton State Park in Chapel Hill.

Mason Brewer guided the Champions by stroking a 40. Blake England and Jake Pimental carded a 41 apiece and Lucas Dunnavant had a 43.

On the girls side, Allie Knighten totaled a 57 and Haylee Simpson 62.

Eagleville competed but did not have enough players to register a team score.

Cascade faces District 9-A foe Community at Blackberry Ridge on Tuesday.
