Feet, Lady Feet own road match

Webb picked up a road win over Middle Tennessee Christian 179-209 at Champions Run on Thursday.

Medalist was Feet golfer Blake Cocanougher with a 42. Chris Burgoon and Jon Wang each contributed a 44 and Robert Cortner 49.

For the Cougars, Aaron Corley carded a 48, Ian Harper 49, Jacob Herring 55 and Joseph Warner 57.

Webb returns to River Bend Country Club to take on Shelbyville Central this afternoon.

Lady Feet down MTC: Madison Roberts turned in a 50 and Allie Curbow shot 58 to help Webb to a 108-127 victory.

The Lady Cougars got a 59 from Kayla Hickey and a 68 from Mary Anna Woodard.

Cascade takes part in quad-match: At Henry Horton State Park in Chapel Hill, the Champions matched Marshall County's 165 and bettered Forrest's 179. Eagleville did not have enough golfers to qualify a team score.

Jake Pimental's 40 paced Cascade. Mason Brewer and Blake England both shot 41 and Lucas Dunnavant 43.

On the girls' side, Allie Knighten stroked a 57 for the Lady Champions. Kelli Anne Williams turned in a 61 and Haylee Simpson 65.

The Orange and Black face Eagleville and Forrest in a return to Henry Horton on Thursday.
