Saturday, August 27, 2011 ~ Updated 11:11 PM

Folsom Prison Blues, Rodney Dick riding for the Jimmy Smith Family of Oliver Springs, won the "A" division of Walking Stallions, Five Years and Over, Over 15.2 (Canter).

The "B" division was won by Game World, Gary Edwards up for Chester and Lynda Stokes of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.

The stallion class, broken into two divisions, is traditionally the most important preliminary to the World Grand Championship. The vast majority of World Grand Championship winners over the years have come from that class.

Five horses competed in the "A" division. Reserve honors went to Puttin' Cash On The Line, Justin Harris up for the Tommy Jowers family of Leesburg, Ga.

Joe Cotten rode Johnny Ritz to the third award for Hoyte Eakes of Nashville. Fourth was Up For Parole, Jimmy McConnell in the irons for Robert and Janelle Jones of Memphis; in the fifth and final position was Dumas Dandy, Link Webb up for Dr. Barbara Moersch of Jacksonville, Ala.

Four horses competed in the "B" division. Reserve honors went to The Golden Sovereign, Tim Smith up for Evergreen Walking Horse Farm in Shelbyville.

My Kinda Luck, Bill Cantrell in the irons, placed third, while Jose's All Pro, Steve Hankins up for Dan and Janice Rowsick of Eighty-Four, Pa., was in the fourth and final position.
