Junior Lee Simmons, age 79, of Shelbyville died Sunday at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. His remains were cremated.
A celebration of life service will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Brent Lokey officiating. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m.
