Jerry Church Sr., 72, of Shelbyville died late Sunday night at his residence after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Ron Skeeters and Ray Wiser officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
