Interact is the high school-based program of Rotary. Representatives of Cascade Interact Club were guests of Shelbyville Rotary Club recently. They were recognized by Rotary District 6780 for exemplary service to the community through their projects and fund-raising efforts.

At the Rotary District 6780 Conference, the Cascade Interact Club won first place for Community Project -- South Central Food Bank helped 1,895 families with more than one million cans of food -- and Large Group Talent Show. They also won third place for their fundraising project -- more than $10,000 was raised for Multiple Sclerosis -- and were recognized as the the third best club out of 60 in the district.
