The four-act play is based on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famous character Sherlock Holmes, who first appeared in publication in 1887 and would live out his fictional exploits as a London-based "consulting detective," in four novels and a series of short stories.

Holmes (played by Reed Perryman) is famous for his powers of astute reasoning, and use of forensic science to solve difficult cases of crime. He is accompanied on his exploits by friend Dr. John H. Watson (Jonah Jackson).

Directed by sponsor Marla Jennings, the cast also includes Mario Dominguez, Cain Barrett, Amber Wiser, Zac Moore, Alli Kirkman, Jody Gordon, Alex Warren, Samantha Smith, Alix Harwell, Cash Wilson, Chris Castelow, Meredith White, Sarah Coker, Akelah Rowe, Marleia Taylor, Tiona Murray, Alexi Gordon, Clorissa Campbell, Olisha Maupin, Jailenn Scott, Gabby Jackson, Mikey Cook, Diamonde Wilson, Constance Seagraves, Arin Harwell, Katie Shearon and Riley Richardson. Christian Kincaid, Charlie Thompson and Ross Wilson provide lighting and sound support.
