$1,000 reward offered for missing teen

Tuesday, July 3, 2012

Shelbyville/Bedford County Crimestoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the return of 13-year-old Joanna Cheyenne Starr Belcher, who was last seen June 21.

She has not been seen or heard from since her disappearance, police say.

At the time she was last seen she stood 4'11" and weighed 120 pounds. She has hazel eyes, dirty blonde hair, pierced ears and a scar in her inner thigh. Police say she may have changed her hair color and earlier indicated she may be with a 19-year-old man from Murfreesboro.

The Crimestoppers number is (931) 685-4300 and is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Callers can remain anonymous and still receive their reward. Information can also be given 24 hours a day to the Shelbyville Police Department, 684-5811.
