Mrs. Betty Foster Faulk, age 65, of Lynchburg, a Shelbyville native, died Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Harton Regional Medical Center.
Per her request, her remains were cremated. There will be no services.
She was born January 15, 1947, in Bedford County, to Lorene Foster Leebrick, of Shelbyville, and the late H.T. Foster. She was retired from BellSouth, a member of Horse Mountain Church of Christ, and attended Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Waldon Faulk, of Lynchburg; a son, George Faulk, and his wife Robyn, of Murfreesboro, and a daughter, Mary Grace Hotovec, and her husband Paul, of Nashville; two brothers, Jack Foster, and his wife Chris, of Ashland City, and Dave Foster, and his wife Bobbie, of Sylacauga, Alabama; a sister, Sandra Boyd, and her husband Frank, of Murfreesboro; four grandchildren, Elliott Hotovec, Isaac Hotovec, Catherine Faulk, and Griffin Faulk.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Association or The American Lung Association.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
