Recently the farmers at Grandaddy's Farm have spotted strange markings in the corn field near the pumpkin patch. It is said that they resemble a mama duck and her ducklings.

Starting Sept.15, Grandaddy's Farm will open for the season. Opening day hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The farm will then be open each Tuesday -- Thursday 1:30 to 6 p.m., Friday 1:30 to 10 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The cost is $6 for ages 2-9, and $8 for ages 10 and up.

Soon families from all over Middle Tennessee will trek to Grandaddy's Farm to make memories. Young and young-at-heart will wander their way through the corn as they attempt to solve the idiom riddles about farm animals. For a bigger challenge, attempt the maze at night with only the light of a glow stick for guidance. Be sure to bring a friend for moral support.

For group rates, weekday coupons the farm's address and more coupons visit www.Grandaddysfarm.com or call (931) 327-4080.
