Marijuana was confiscated from a man following an argument at his home Thursday night, police said.
Jason David Marsh, 42, of Sherwood Court was patted down by officer Jose Garza after allegedly repeatedly putting his hands in his pockets. Marsh had been ordered not to do so earlier by Garza.
The officer found a bag containing 4.76 grams in a pocket and arrested Marsh on a charge of possession of a schedule VI drug. Marsh posted $1,000 bond
Police had been called to the home due to an alleged domestic disturbance. No charges of that nature were filed.
The following were arrested since Thursday by the Shelbyville Police Department, Bedford County Sheriff's Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol or 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force. They are only charged; guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.
