The wedding took place on the evening of Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 in front of a large company of guests in Shelbyville.

The bride, escorted by her mother and father, wore a strapless, lacy, trumpet-style gown. Her bouquet consisted of roses of multiple colors with a white ribbon.

She was attended by her maid of honor and cousin, Mallory Jennings. Bridesmaids included her sister, Judah Doak; cousin Alex Bobo; niece Olivia Doak; sisters of the groom, Candie and Haley Ray; and friends, Melissa Mullins, Angela Haskins and Robbie Mahaffey.

The daughter of the couple, Emery Ray, was the flower girl for the ceremony.

A reception was held at the Erickson home in Flat Creek. The couple honeymooned in Destin, Fla., and will make their home in Shelbyville.
