Two wallets stolen in Shelbyville

Two wallets were reported stolen to Shelbyville police within two days.

A wallet containing $173 and personal items was stolen from a vehicle at Sherwood Trailer Court between midnight-8:15 a.m. Friday, Shelbyville police said.

Another wallet, containing wedding bands, was taken from the owner's purse while she slept at a Cowan Drive home between 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday.

The following were arrested since Thursday by the Bedford County Sheriff's Department, Shelbyville Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol or 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force. They are only charged; guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.

*Michael Joseph Daprile, 25, Lebanon; failure to appear; released, $2,500 bond

*Laura Leann Dyer, 26, Barksdale Lane; driving on suspended license, running red light/stop sign, registration law; released, $250 bond

*Shelby Scott Gashaw, 19, Warner Bridge Road; violation of probation; released, $2,500 bond

*Curtis Dean Stacy, 29, Virgil Crowell Road; failure to appear; released, $1,500 bond
