Mrs. Helen Randolph Maynard Walker, 82, of Wartrace died Tuesday, October 16th, at Saint Thomas Hospital after an extended illness. She was born September 18, 1930 in Old Hickory; former co-owner of M & M Ranch of Huntland; former substitute teacher for the Franklin County school system; a member of Wartrace Baptist Church and the Fairfield Red Hatters Club.
She was the daughter of the late Malcolm M. and Ora Love Phillips Randolph. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Francis Whitson Maynard and her second husband, John Audrey Walker.
She is survived by two daughters, Frances Maynard (Thomas Wayne) Rutledge of Bell Buckle, Donna Maynard (Thomas Dale) Robinson of Murfreesboro; three grandchildren, Jennifer Mariea (Michael) Hutzel of Nolensville, Thomas Justin Robinson of Murfreesboro, Wesley Jordan Rutledge of Bell Buckle and great-granddaughter, Audrey Grace Hutzel.
Funeral Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 19th, at Hillcrest Funeral Home, Rev. Jimmy Gray and Rev. Curt Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
