Harris blows past Raiders

A balanced scoring attack led Harris Middle School's Golden Eagles to a 59-47 win over visiting Coffee County in a Central Tennessee Conference matchup on Thursday.

The Eagles (6-2, 6-1 CTC) placed four players in double figures.

Jamal Harden and Camari Cannon each pitched in 15 points while Michael Hayworth netted a dozen followed by Roger Pryor with 10.

Garrett Eldridge led Coffee County with a game-high 19 points.

Harris posted leads of 16-10 at the end of the first quarter, 29-21 at the intermission and held a 48-34 after three periods.

The Eagles host Franklin County South next Thursday.
