Televisions taken in home burglary

Two large-screen televisions, a Playstation 3 and Sony surround sound system were stolen from a Green Lane residence Sunday, Shelbyville police said.

All items were taken from one bedroom with other items in the home untouched, the report said, and a rear door appeared to have been forced.

The following were arrested since Monday by the Bedford County Sheriff's Department, Shelbyville Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol or 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force. They are only charged; guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.

* Michael Jay Couch, 40, Greer Road; simple possession of schedule VI drug; released, $500 bond

* Tige Anthony Kennedy Jr., 23, Columbia; capias-failure to appear (two); held, no bond

* Sheila Kay Locke, 28, Greer Road; simple possession of schedule VI drug; released, $500 bond

* James Donald McBride Jr., 21, Brothers Road; simple possession of schedule VI drug; released, $500 bond

* Travis Ray Patterson, 21, Hopkins Bridge Road; DUI, simple possession of schedule VI drug, implied consent; released, $1,500 bond

* Jillian Katherine Price, 28, Butler Street; check law; released on recognizance

* Keith Darnell Thurman Jr., 21, U.S. 231 North; leaving scene of accident, driving on revoked license, simple possession of schedule VI drug, possession of schedule II drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation; held, $27,500 bond
