Ford and McBee united in marriage

Sarah Elizabeth Ford of Woodbury and Marcus Allen McBee of Wartrace were united in marriage at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 29 at First Baptist Church of Woodbury.

The bride is the daughter of Nova Lee and Sophia Ford of Woodbury and the granddaughter of the late William Ford and the late Nina Ford of Woodbury, and Mike Schnieder and the late Delores Schnieder of Winter Haven, Fla.

The groom is the son of Allen and Becky McBee of Wartrace. He is the grandson of Kenneth and Myra McBee of Wartrace and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Gregory.

The double-ring wedding ceremony was conducted by Ezekiel Tomaselli of Ohana Church.

Escorted by her father Nova Lee Ford, the bride wore a white strapless gown with a drop waist with silver embroidery and pearl accents. She wore a veil with a simple satin piping around the edge, and carried white roses and cotton bolles.

The bride was attended by her maid of honor Katie King of Murfreesboro, her best friend. Bridesmaids were: Spring Harris of Murfreesboro, life long friend of the bride; and Helen Durham of Murfreesboro, best friend of the bride.

The flower girl was Carisa Odrobina of Bradyville, daughter of Frank and Nicole Odrobina. The bride is Carisa's babysitter.

Andy Lara of Murfreesboro, the groom's best friend, served as best man.

Groomsmen were: Jordan Holloway of Murfreesboro, friend of the groom; and Mark Owens of Murfreesboro, friend of the groom.

Frankie Odrobina of Bradyville, son of Frank and Nicole Odrobina, served as ringbearer. The bride is Frankie's babysitter.

A reception was held in the church's fellowship hall, and was given by the parents of the bride.

The rehearsal dinner was given by Allen and Becky McBee at Woodbury United Methodist Church. Several bridal showers were given by family and friends.

The couple took a wedding trip to Charleston, S.C., and will make their home in Murfreesboro.
