Webb claims tri-match

The Webb School placed three members into the 80s on Tuesday afternoon at River Bend and claimed a team win in a tri-match against Cascade and Mt. Juliet Christian.

Leading Webb to the 347 team score was Eli Freeman, who made the turn with an impressive 40, and followed with a 42.

Oscar Westh-Blanc finished a stroke back and had an equally impressive round, carding a 41 on the front nine and a 42 on the back.

Jarrod Wilson followed with an 80, while Luke Garland's 93 rounded out the varsity scores for Webb.

Low score

While Webb's team score was the highlight for the Feet, Cascade's top highlight came from senior Tyler Huff, who was the lone golfer to crack 80 on the scoresheet.

He carded a round-low 77 and earned match medalist honors.

Seth Gardner followed with a 97, while Philip Vincent added a 107.

Will Carter finished out the varsity scores with a 114 for Cascade.


In the girls' side of the competition, Presley Jones finished her round with a 112 for Webb.

Cascade saw a trio of Lady Champions post respective scores as well, led by Katelyn Jarrell's 94.

Senior Shaina Schneider finished a stroke back with a 95, while Lexi Lane finished with a 111.
