Letter to the Editor

Is God in the House?

Thursday, March 29, 2018

To the Editor:

It seems God is everywhere these days. Well He should be. He is after all, God. His name is being evoked often at the State Legislature with the “In God We Trust” bill that puts a plaque on the wall of every public school in the state. Not a bad idea.

I hope they are also working on making our schools safe; fully funding our public schools; expanding Medicaid to fight the opioid epidemic affecting the parents of these children and medical marijuana to ease suffering?

God should be in all the decisions we make. And we should always be prayerful about those decisions.

David Clark,
