When submitting press releases or news tips by e-mail, please keep the following in mind:
- Don't use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, which forces us to retype everything you send. Use normal punctuation whenever possible.
- Send photos in JPEG format if possible. Send the photo and text as separate attachments; do not embed the photo into a Word document.
- Word documents are permissible, but it's even easier if you simply include your text in the body of the e-mail. Please don't send Microsoft Publisher (.PUB) documents.
A list of e-mail addresses appears here. Please use an individual e-mail address rather than our old newsroom address.
Thanks for your cooperation!
